RETURNS, REFUNDS & SHIPPING
RETURNS
If you find the watch not to your liking after you receive it, please inform us in advance and also return the watch to us within 7 days of receiving it. Before shipping the watch back to us, please write an email to us (at neminushorology@gmail.com) to let us know so we can keep a lookout for it. As for return shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer. If the watch is found to be defective upon arrival, return shipping is covered by us.
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, together with all accessories and warranty card included.
REFUNDS
After the watch is received, it is inspected for damages (if any). Once the watch passes the thorough inspection, we will send an email to notify you. At the same time, we will also let you know when we can process your refund.
If we find that the watch is in some way damage or not in its original condition, we will email you and inform you (together with pictures) of the problem area/s. With the pictures, we will provide our assessment of the damages and a suitable refund amount for your consideration. With your approval, we will then process your refund. Else, we will continue to re-negotiate the refund amount until a satisfactory agreement is reached.
SHIPPING
All watches are shipped by via international express shipping or at our own discretion. Shipping fees do not include customs, taxes or VAT. These additional costs are borne by the buyer.
